Order policy: minimum 2 dozen; at least 5 days’ notice; rush requests considered with at least 24 hours’ notice and an additional surcharge; delivery only within an initial 5-mile radius of the approved Hollywood, FL dispatch point, subject to confirmation and fee. Requests beyond that radius in Broward, Miami-Dade or Palm Beach receive individual review rather than an automatic delivery promise.

Frequently asked questions

How much do custom themes cost?

Simple finishes are included in base pricing; more detailed themes are extra. A written quote will explain the design charges before you pay.

Does the form confirm my date?

No. Debby confirms availability and sends the final quote. Your date is reserved when the agreed 50% booking deposit is received.

What if my celebration is in Miami-Dade or Palm Beach?

We serve inquiries across the region, but delivery beyond the first 5-mile zone is not guaranteed. Please request an individual delivery quote.

Are rush orders guaranteed?

No. Requests with at least 24 hours’ notice may be considered, subject to capacity and an extra charge.

Can I send inspiration photos?

Yes. You can text or email inspiration photos after you submit the order request. Debby will confirm which design details can be reproduced.

Do you offer allergy-free treats?

Ask for ingredients and allergens before placing an order. Cross-contact may occur in a home kitchen; allergy-free production is not guaranteed.

Can I pay with Stripe?

After your quote is approved, Debby will send separate payment instructions for the 50% deposit. Never submit card details in the order form.

What is the cancellation policy?

The cancellation and refund terms will be supplied in writing before the booking deposit is paid. No blanket nonrefundable policy is assumed.
